I can't say enough good things about this company. Rock Star Real Estate helps to guide and teach you how to become a real estate investor and most of all live life on your terms!
For a very low monthly fee the company offers so many different avenues for learning. Weekly podcasts are put out for members only, as well as webinars brought to you from there specialized rolodex of qualified personnel.
Working with coaches Paul and Meaghan has been a very good experience. They have helped me and my business partner navigate off market deals during such crazy times!

I have always wanted to become a real-estate investor. I was lucky to have met Meaghan through a connection from work, and it is safe to say that I have started a path towards accomplishing my goal since meeting Meaghan and joining Rock Star, where I was also introduced to my mentor, Paul.
I feel incredibly fortunate, safe and confident working with both Meaghan and Paul. They have helped me acquire a cash flowing duplex in Brantford (during the pandemic lockdown!), and I have purchased two pre-construction properties, both in the Niagara area.
I can't believe I am where I am right now and I could not have done this without the guidance of both Meaghan and Paul. Their knowledge and support have been instrumental and for that I am grateful.
I am very much looking forward to continuing working with Meaghan and Paul, furthering my connections and learning through Rockstar. I wish there were 6 stars as an option. Highly recommended!

Closed on a investment property with Meaghan Lazenby and Paul D'Abruzzo, They both did a great job assisting me through my offer and getting it signed back from the seller in under 12 hours in a multiple offer situation! was very impressed with their work ethic and skill, looking forward to work with them again soon!

Enza and Paul are true Rock Stars here. Being new to real estate investment - they've been very welcoming and supportive - answering all my newbie questions. Paul D'Abruzzo - i.e. "Problem Solver"!! I have had the pleasure of working with Paul on a number of deals & happy to say that in every single deal, he has been 100% on my side, having my back!....He is a true problem solver, and believe me I have challenged him plenty!!
Paul is positive, helpful, there when you need him, funny, sweet, caring, and smart....he has everything you need in a coach! I am looking forward to working with him on other projects and deals in the coming months and years! Thanks soooo much Paul!!

To Enza Manduca
To buy a multiple family commercial building is a long and pain process but it might be a turn-key for some inventors like us who wanna make more income. Enza Manduca made our dream come true.
Both my husband and I are very impressive how Enza were putting her endeavors with exceptional service to make everything works out and achieve our final goals for us. During the process, we have done due diligence, inspection, bank appraisal, visitors for all tenants and etc...and nothing turned out to be easier but with Enza's help we all made it.
In the meantime, I appreciated for Paul D'Abruzzo also guided both of us to go through some tough situations.

I have worked with Paul D'Abruzzo for about a year and a half. He is my real estate investment coach through RockStar Real Estate. When I started, I knew I was interested in real estate investing but had no idea how to start and more importantly how to avoid making really costly mistakes.
Through one on one sessions with Paul as my coach and courses through RockStar, I quickly learned enough to get started. Paul took the time to meet with me and personally take me to see properties and explain the good, bad, and ugly of each place and talk about what made a property a good investment or not. As well, Paul has a team of people who work with him so you get the benefit of the full team when you work with Paul.
He is quick to respond to questions and has detailed knowledge of the Hamilton Niagara area so he can answer questions as they come up. We looked at different types of properties (single family homes to convert to duplexes, legal duplexes, student rentals, and MUR's) as Paul has personal experience with all of them.
In the end, I decided on owning and holding legal duplexes. I now have 6 properties with two under renovations and four fully tenanted and cash flowing nicely. It is likely that I still wouldn't have even started had I not worked with Paul.

Paul truly walks his talk! We were just getting started with real estate investing I was fortunate enough to be referred to Paul from another friend. After our first meeting, I was impressed at his depth of knowledge and the strategic way he looks at investing.
