Together with his wife, Paul D’Abruzzo operates and manages an Investment Company with a portfolio of multi-unit residential, student rental and Single Family assets across the Golden Horseshoe. Paul also offers Professional Asset Management Services and lucrative opportunities to invest alongside him in Real Estate Developments & large Multi-Family projects Paul has been successfully working with investors and managing Real Estate investment projects since 2009 with sales & portfolio values growing year over year.
With over fifteen (15) years of experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing/distribution and technology, has given Josh a unique experience that allowed him to craft a skill set whereby he focuses on strategic growth that allows our clients to build their own real estate investment portfolios and ultimately their own businesses. Josh’s passion is to help clients set sound goals that allow them to grow and operate their own businesses, all with the goal of providing long-term value to all stakeholders.
A bit about Josh. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and he retired from the corporate world in 2022, most recently as a Business Manager for INEOS, a global chemical manufacturer. He was able to do so as he spent the last few years strategically investing and building a real estate business of residential multiplex income properties and short-term rental properties in Muskoka. He, his wife and two (2) kids spend much of their time sitting dockside at their return on lifestyle (‘ROL’) Muskoka cottage.
